~!@~ Xug is the youngest child of the Xug family, still a toddler... though perhaps not with the word's literal meaning, as she floats around instead of toddles. ~!@~'s name is unpronounceable with the human vocal apparatus (though her family can pronounce it just fine); whether she herself can pronounce her name remains to be seen, since she's too young to talk intelligibly just yet.

Although ~!@~ seems to lack arms or tentacles or any other sort of manipulating members, it's possible she'll grow some later. In any case, perhaps it's for the best she doesn't have them now; at her age she's capable of getting into more than enough mischief without them.
